WP1 - Project Management

A large research project like IMMERSE, cannot run without efficient and proper project management. Work package 1 is responsible for the internal coordination, contract management, financial management of the IMMERSE consortium, and all monitoring and reporting on project deliverables. In this way, it serves as a central point of communication and support to the researchers of the consortium.
