WP7 - Implementation and Evaluation

The first responsibility of work package 7 is to specify and optimize strategies for the implementation of the DMMH into practice. Various work packages are involved in this process and it entails developing information material, training, and counseling that will enable clinicians and service users to use the DMMH. On top of this, WP7 is leading the tasks of running implementation trials in all four partner countries, evaluating the implementation processes, clinical outcomes, and costs of implementing DMMH in routine mental health care.
